At our tiny 6-seat seafood counter in Shinsaibashi, Osaka, we take a different approach:
We don’t serve whole crabs.
Instead, we focus on flavor and creativity, offering original crab dishes you won’t find anywhere else.


2. Our Signature Crab Dishes

🦀 Crab Shabu-shabu & Clam Broth Zosui
Fresh crab legs are gently swirled in a hot broth made from shijimi clams, bringing out their natural sweetness and tender texture.
To finish, enjoy a comforting bowl of rice porridge (zosui) made with the same flavorful broth.

🦀 Crab Miso Fondue
A rich crab-miso-based dipping sauce served with slices of toasted baguette.
Simple, bold, and addictive — one of our most popular dishes.

🦀 Blue Crab Pasta
Blue crabs are simmered whole to create a deep, tomato-based sauce, then tossed with spaghetti.
A perfect blend of Japanese seafood and Italian comfort.

🦀 Crispy Crab
Whole small crabs are lightly battered and deep-fried until crisp.
Crunchy, savory, and perfect with a glass of white wine or a cold lemon sour.

🦀 Crab Macaroni Gratin
Macaroni baked in a creamy sauce infused with crab flavor and topped with golden cheese.
