“Live lobster steamed with herbs in a premium pot”

Live lobster purchased at the market is steamed in a premium pot called a “Staub” filled with white wine and herbs to lock in the flavor!

It’s simple, but it’s the best way to enjoy the lobster’s original flavor.

When you open the lid of the premium pot, the smell of the sea, wine, and herbs fills the air, and the indescribable aroma spreads out, and you can’t resist it!

Why do we insist on keeping lobsters alive?

By cooking and preparing lobsters while they are still alive and fresh,

you can enjoy their chewy, bouncy texture and the concentrated flavor that spreads the more you chew them.

Lobsters are stored in seawater until just before serving,

which wouldn’t be possible with frozen or less fresh lobsters!

Of course, we will prepare it for you after we have cleaned it up! You don’t even need scissors!

We purchase live lobsters through our own channels,
and in limited quantities, so we can’t guarantee they will be available unless you tell us in advance.
However, we really want you to eat these lobsters,
so when you make your booking, please let us know by the day before that you would like to eat live lobsters.
