A small, six-seat restaurant run by husband and wife.
Hello. We are Hiroshi and Mizuki-chan. Together, we run Shellfish, Shrimp & Crab, an intimate six-seat counter restaurant in Mitsudera, Shinsaibashi.
Because our restaurant is small, we can pay close attention to each guest, each conversation, and the pace of each meal. We want you to feel at home while enjoying food and wine that make the occasion feel special.

Hiroshi
Hiroshi was born in Shiojiri, Nagano Prefecture, and moved to Osaka to study at Tsuji Culinary Institute. He has worked in the food and beverage industry for more than 20 years.
He prepares live lobster and other seafood dishes, as well as pasta, ramen and curry, choosing each dish to suit the occasion and the pace of the evening.
Mizuki-chan
Mizuki-chan works at another job during the day while also helping at the restaurant. Together, we create a warm atmosphere where first-time guests can relax and enjoy the food, wine and conversation.
Tips as a Visible Form of Support
We have also introduced a tipping system. It gives guests a way to turn feelings such as “We had a wonderful time,” “We will be back,” or “We support what you do” into something visible.
To us, a tip is more than an amount of money. It is a visible expression of support, and we receive each one with gratitude as encouragement to keep creating better food and more memorable moments.
