Live lobster and wine are at the heart of our menu.
We serve live Canadian lobster and offer more than 30 carefully selected wines, all available by the glass.
Our live lobster is steamed in a Staub cocotte with white wine and aromatic herbs, bringing out its firm texture, rich flavor, and distinctive aroma.
Using Coravin, we can serve every wine by the glass and suggest a pairing to match your meal and preferences.
Alongside lobster, we serve shellfish, shrimp and crab dishes, as well as pasta, ramen and curry to finish your meal.
