Shellfish, Shrimp & Crab is a six-seat restaurant in Shinsaibashi, Osaka, run by a husband-and-wife team.
A live lobster steamed right in front of you, 30+ wines by the glass, and a night we will treat as carefully as you do.
How we prepare for your celebration
1. A welcome card
Mizuki, the chef’s wife, prepares a special celebration card to greet you.
2. Live lobster, steamed at your table
The perfect centerpiece for a special night — the steam, the colour, the cheers at the table all become part of the memory.
3. A free message dessert plate
Near the end of your meal, the chef writes your message: “Happy Birthday”, “Happy Anniversary”… just a few words, but we hope they become a memory.
4. “Shall we take a photo?”
We are happy to take pictures of you and your loved ones — just ask.
When you book
- Tell us it’s a birthday or anniversary (online booking notes or by phone)
- Tell us the name to write on the plate (e.g. “Happy Birthday Emma”)
- You are welcome to bring your own whole cake — just let us know in advance (we can also arrange one on request)

Is there an extra charge?
The dessert plate is free, and there is no fee for bringing your own cake.
Can I ask on the day?
