We specialize in exquisite shellfish, shrimp and crab dishes. Our two signature dishes are super fresh Canadian lobsters, sourced alive to ensure unparalleled quality, and raw oysters in the shell from all over Japan! The lobsters are steamed to perfection in a premium Staub cocotte with white wine and aromatic herbs, ensuring an unparalleled juicy and flavorful experience.
The raw oysters in the shell are full of the delicious taste of the ocean’s milk and are best enjoyed with a squeeze of lemon!
