Our signature dish is a whole live Canadian lobster, steamed in a Staub pot with white wine and herbs.
The lobster is shown alive before cooking. Guests can take photos, enjoy the fragrant steam when the pot is opened, and savor every bite at the cozy 6-seat counter.
We also serve seasonal shrimp dishes, such as:
- Wild jumbo prawn tempura too big for the fryer
- Raw Angel Prawns served as sashimi
- Sweet shrimp fried with spicy seasoning
- A fluffy omelet filled with shrimp and Japanese eggs
