Greetings

I was born in the countryside, Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture,
and came to Osaka to study at Tsuji Culinary Institute.
As of 2025,
I have been running a restaurant here in Mitsudera, Shinsaibashi, for 12 years,
and have over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.

Speaking of myself, I recently got married and now run a small restaurant with six seats at the counter as a couple.

We want to make all our customers smile when they come to our restaurant!
With that in mind, we offer delicious food, drinks, and excitement.

Please enjoy a luxurious time while relaxing as if you were at home and enjoying food that can only be found in our restaurants in Japan.

Thoughts on food

I know people who think that it doesn’t matter what you eat as long as it goes into your stomach.
Unfortunately,
I think there are a lot of people like that in the world,
and not just those around me.
It’s a shame, isn’t it?
They’re missing out on things in life.
That’s why I want you to
take the trouble to go to a restaurant,
eat food made with real ingredients,
and have the best dining experience you can only get at a restaurant.
I want you to enjoy life to the fullest.
